Fins for a go 139

I guess I am kind of swamping the forums but I got back from my trailer with all the questions in my head. Lol.

For my go 139, the 480 fin makes me plane in less wind. Does that characteristic of a bigger fin continue?

Lets say i got a 540 fin. Does that mean I can plane in even lighter winds that 7 knots?

Does this "bigger" characteristic mean width of the fin, length of the fin or thickness of the fin? Do they all make you plane faster or is it just one or two of them.

Just wondering about fins. Does a thicker fin make you plane faster etc.
