Default isonic 111

This board has been tested in a german surf magazin. One thing is strange.
The german magazin measured 116l of volume, but Starboard says, that this board has 108l! How comes that?

Does somebody know why?

Hallo,
I tried to buy this mag but no way to find it.
Is it possible for you put the full test report in the forum so we all can have a look?
Thank you as well.

It was the german surf-magazin. Homepage is www.surf-magazin.de.
The test was in 1-2 of 2007.

i can not put the test in here. I do not have it in digital form. And also they do not say a lot ragarding the volume difference.

On their homepage they explain how they measure the volume of the boards.
Unfortunately the homepage is only in german!

Weird, I have an iSonic 111 myself and 1) the board feels a whole lot smaller in volume than my ex-iSonic 125 (which had 120 litres) and 2) I thought that the ISAF recordings I've seen say that this iSonic has 108 litres. This should be the most accurate source since every brand has to sign up these boards @ ISAF in order to be allowed to compete with in international championships.

This is the list I'm referring to, it says 108 litres
