stickers ?

hey. i have been surching for sail stickers for my race and wave sail and cant seem to find any big enough.
can someone point me in the right direction for some large starboard / red bull stickers.

I dont see why you would want stickers unless provided by your sponsor, unless your are poser professional. People use stickers to show that the ride for whatever brand by sponsorship, not 'to look cool.'

I agree completely, I am sick of all the posers today putting images of coorperations on their kit for the sake of vanity, those kooks piss me off! Almost as annoying as people who put their new 'rrd' or 'quicksilver' boardshorts over their wetsuits and look like an utter cock. Embarrasing. end rant.

Ever heard of the saying if you have nothing nice to say , do not say anything ?

let me try and change the perspective on this discussion

pro windsurfers do NOT wear jerseys with numbers on them
Montreal Canadiens fans buy jerseys at VERY high prices
if they want to put a number on it and be a "poser", they must pay even more

if pro windsurfers use certain brands and put sponsor stickers on their sails why cannot we put stickers on our sails and "pose" as Bjorn or Antoine ?
copying someone is after all a nice and easy complement or flattery
if Red Bull or others sponsor windsurfing perhaps we should all put their stickers ??

if someone is young and a windsurf race winner why can he or she NOT pose as Bjorn or Antoine?
they are NOT hurting anyone and it may even give them so much pride as a "poser" that it helps them win even more races

people here seem to be getting WAY too upset about simplicity

I was also looking for the starboard stickers. My starboard dealer didn't have them so I called the distrubitor and he told me that they will have them somewhere in February.

About the RedBull stickers I don't have an answer for you

I want large Starboard "Tiki" stickers for my sails because the "Tiki" is such a great symbol of windsurfing. It is not a symbol of any particular professionals. In many instances it is more a symbol of the sport than it is a symbol of the brand.

Starboard's "Tiki" is a symbol of playing with the wind, dancing with the wind, respecting the wind, using the wind, being a partner with the wind. The "Tiki" is not a symbol of a god anyone bows to or prays to or makes sacrifices to. It is a symbol of the helpfulness of the wind, of the fickleness of the wind, of the mystery of the wind.

Or you could look at the "Tiki" and think of it as a symbol of us, a symbol of windsurfers who stand up while playing with the wind, a symbol of windsurfers who can harness the wind, windsurfers who can partner with the wind, windsurfers who can give wind a reason for being.

My stance as a windsurfer who can sometimes harness the wind and sometimes knows when to leave the wind alone may look like a pose, but to me it's a source of joy. Having Starboard's Tiki on my sails would be an announcement of that joy.

Of course in a worst case scenario you can always get your local sticker shop to make some for you.....
