John Carter's Photos, Yes!

Thanks to Starboard for giving us the John Carter Photo Gallery. I hope access to that gallery of beauty lasts a long time.

Today almost anyone with an ordinary consumer camera can take a decent picture most of the time. Just editing out the bad pictures can leave photographers like me with a collection of good pictures. But to raise the photographic quality by enough levels to reach fine art takes skill with composition, detail, texture and color that is as far beyond my photography abilities as Bjorn Dunkerbeck's skills are beyond my windsurfing.
