Hi Remi,
As I can't seem to log in anymore as 'ducati' I've had to reregister to enter the Forum

I still have had no reponse on this issue after 2 months now.
I have filled in the warranty claim again I have the photos but now where to upload then on the warranty form
Why is Starboard ignoring me??

Even if Starboard could send me the little 10mm brass bushes I could press them in to the my original damaged sideplates total cost about $1 USD

The issue has now been resolved thanx heaps to Ian Fox for his quick and friendly response

I don't understand. Why do I have to fill in a Warranty Claim form for something that clearly seems to have been Starboard's fault? It's seems like an awful lot of hassle and paperwork to get something done that should have been done in the first place at the factory or with whom ever assembled the boards prior to shipping.

I'll contact my local retailer and let them deal with it!
