There has been a server upgrade and I think your question got lost somewhere.
Both Technora and Wood use the so called Dur-x construction which is the strongest availiable. Both have heel bumpers, special reinfocements etc. I would say the main differnce is weight and price. A good thing about Technora is that its easier to fix up nicely if you get a damage to the area where the wood is on a wood board. Some people claim a slighlty nicer flex in the wood version too, but the difference is not huge wrt this. |

I have bought the evo 75 technora.I must try it tomorow if Eole wants to blow.About the fin I think try a 21 cm for 4.7 and 19.5 for 4 m (weight 75 kg).Spot side onshore.what do you think about this choice? don pietro |

Congrats on the new board. ABout the fins, it depends a lot exactly on the design of the particular fins. The original Drake Natural is a GREAT fin, but it sails very small. I think you will actually find the 22cm just about perfect for 4.7 and very good for 4.0 too (I've even used it with 3,5). If anything,, I would rather get a bigger fin if you're gonna use sails over 5.0-5.3. 22 may sound big, but the fact is tht the fins sail small and the EVO in most situation like a slightly bigger fin.
