Hi> sorry for the question is not about the starboard!,
i have NP RACE EVO II size 12 (LUFF 577) base - NP uxt 48 and mast x9 530. [530+48=578]
Can i use x-temnder 34 with properly modified NP UXT base [530+34+13]

No problem.
For the NP evo3/12, the recommendations were X9 530 + 42 X-tender + 24 base.
