Default 2014 Kode 72 - fin setting for pure onshore

I tend to use the 2014 Kode 72 in pure onshore conditions and want to get more performance (upwind, early planning in lighter winds). At the moment i feel that the the Kode 72 does not like to be pushed too hard upwind as it breaks free easily with the stock fins. Should i go bigger twin fins and if so, which size and make? Or should i go for a single center fin and if so what size and make? I weight 150lbs. Thank you for your help.
