Please can you answer the next question?

Let me explain you before:

I sail in a lake with unstable wind conditions (some places 12 knots and others 20 knots), I´m 66 kg weight, shopwater, SB 161, fin drake R 19 rake +8, sail 9,8 NP.

Right now, I want to have a fin that I can use with these wind conditions but better performance.

A Windsurfermate is offering a fin deboichet R 16, 70 cms rake +6 and other Deboichei R 13, 70 cms, rake +6.

Which of these fins can be better for me, or what option do you recomend me.
