Hi
Anybody tried or any comments about Mistral`s Hydroblade.?? Can I smell BS or does it do anything ??? (Would look good on an F2 with air pipes and adjustable cutwaways though !) |

I have the 2007 Mistral 114 Screamer with the Hydroblade.
Great board without the Hydroblade, planes incredibly early for its size, very fast, jibes well. But I took the Hydroblade off after the first couple of sessions. Can't tell you if it helped early planing as the board is an early planer anyway, but I found it sometimes caught on chop, especially downwind. I took it off and never considered putting it back on since. Great board with out it anyway! So yes, in my opinion, a marketing gimmick... |
