Hi everyone
i'm looking for a new board something to approach freestyle i come from an s-type 137 the best manouver i can close up to now is the heli tack i'm 1.75 meters tall my weight is 70-75 kg my spot is flat to medium chop the wind is suitable for max a 5.0, we never use bigger sails there so, in conclusion, which board (flare or kombat) and whic volume will be the best for me? |

Hi Igor,
If it's really that windy (mx 5.0m range) and you want extra Freestyle (compared to more versatile wave/crossover ) performance focus, especially for sliding etc then the choice would be Flare 88. Cheers ~ Ian |

Agree with Ian. Flare 88 or maybe 99 if you want some extra volume. If you sail much smaller sails than 5.0, the 88 is the way to go though.
Kombat has a bit more crossover appeal, but it can not match the Flare for learning freestyle. |
