excelent tester

i know mariano like an excelent tester!!!

he can midify all and change it to a winner.. i'm not laing
he's a very good rider!!

Should this then be interpreted so that Mariano was the best rider, and that the Phantom 380 is no better than any other of the other top contender boards?
And more in general, was it actually so that the best racers were on new boards, and placed better than lesser racers, but that these boards in fact are no better then the boards from yesteryear...
