Q to Wilhelm Re Ibiraquera

Hi Wilhelm
Since you are most of the time training in Ibiraquera, I think you know the place very well.
I am learning to wavesail in proper waves, so my first question is if Ibira is the right spot or not. A friend told me he spent a difficult time cause he reached the wind shadow behind the island.
I would like to know when is the windy season, and if march is an ok month to go.
I am also experiment with surfing ...
