Default what happent wiht N.P. MAST?????

i dont used 3 times and yestarday i listen the bad sound and my mast broke.My ears still pain from the hard broke sound.Every time to use you dont know if it droke or not.And after all that the guarrante..........you must prove you dont elephant.This is another problem.Is the most EXPENSIVE sails and we bay decause we want the dest resolts and i agree with that is the best but what you can do to lose the rase from sails problems ?
In greece we hawe 6 mens to have that sails {RSracing 10.7} and we have 5 droken mast and the sixth cound hours.......we can go with that situations.

Know exactly sound you mean.
Last year rigging up a NP (brand new) on an x9 mast (brand new) mast broke before fully downloading.(perhaps half ension ?)
Made me wonder how on earth mast got through quality control.
luckily ;;
a) Dealer was on beach helping rig ! (I was downhauling !)
b) Sail undamaged.
Got new mast immediately.Not sure what delaer did with broken one.(Sent to Greece it sounds like)
Rarely rig on x9 now !!!! Put sail on Tush 75%. Yep its probably not as good (x9 hardly used ;darent use it when there`s any chop)

Easy to (claim to) be "the best" that way. Would NP masts still be so light,did they have to bear a regular warranty and honor it? Would NP race sails still be so stable and fast, did they have a luff curve less prone to break masts?
