Default Which Freestyle Board

I'm wondering what factors go into deciding what is the right freestyle board. It seems that, including starboard, that volumes range from about 90L to 115L and widths range from about 62cm to 68cm.

I'm not yet in the market for a freestyle board as I think my large freeride and 96L Kombat ('06) are giving me enough to starting working on new moves such as backwinding, heli-tack, carving 360, planing rig 360 etc. I'm 175lb. I wonder at what point (if ever) I would benefit from a dedicated freestyle board. Would it allow me to progress faster? Would it only be of significant benefit if I started on sliding moves?...

What factors should one consider in a freestyle board?
