Default is101/is122 2009 real volumes?

I would like to check if the real volumes of is101 and is122 2009 remains the same as in 2008 (96 and 114 liters)?

What about the tail width? Optimal fin sizes remains the same as 2008 models?

Thanks

Hello Marco,

Hope you can understand that we don't release the details prior to the new season model launch , but it's time, so now you have them..

The 2009 iS101 is (actual displacement) 97 Lts and (max) tail OFO 45.4cm

The 2009 iS122 is (actual displacement) 113 Lts and (max) tail OFO 52.9 cm

Optimal fin and sail range sizes remain basically as 2008.

Please let us know if you need further info etc.

Cheers ~ Ian

Thanks Ian!

I am glad to see that new is101 has more volume then 07/08 boards.

Can you please write some more info about on the water behavior of is101 in comparison to 07/08 models?

I have is101 07 and I like the board very much, especially in strong wind and nasty chop. It is so easy to control and jibe that I decided to use this board also with 5.5 race sail.

What can I expect from new is101? Is it even easier to control and jibe, or just faster?
My weight is 83kg and I will use this board with 6.7 and 5.5 racesails.

Thanks
Marko
