Hi Kevin,

I Swithed from MS TR3 to Vapor with 6.0 and 6.7 to replace 5.9 and 6.6.

Is there any difference in optimal mast base setting in the mast track ?

Did you move your mast track further forward or further back ? How much (in cm) if yes ?

I'm using Deboichet fins

I have been running it just ahead of center. Not too much difference. How are you liking the sails?

How much is "just ahead" ?

I like very much the 6.7. Very impressive ! Fast AND easy. I found out it needs an extra inch of downhaul.

I didn't try that much the 6.0. I felt it needs also more downhaul than specified. How much do you add ?

Best slalom sails I've ever had anyway !

Hi Kevin,

I've tried more the 6.0 and I found out + 4cm is the best downhaul setting for my sailing.

I've also tried the 7.6 with the 101. Nice feeling. Where do you set your mast base on this one and what fin do you use (model and size). Thanks

For the 7.6 I have been using the 38 SL 4 and 40 SL4 in turkey. It was going quite well with the 101.
