kombat 96or 105

helo,

I would like some advice which board to choose in addition of my perfect evo 80.

I search a board for lighter wind to sail with a 5.8 in north sea conditions . It's use would be crossover and basic jumping freestyle and I can not choose betxeen the 08 Kombat 96 or 105.

Who can help me ?

Hi Wouter,

Typically Kombat 96 is the best match for 5.8m conditions, and would quiver very well alongside an Evo80.

Unless you are super heavy rider (or sailing super underpowered)
then if it's 5.8m, think 96.

I have the choice between '07 97 kombat and '08 kombat

what's the biggest difference between those 2 ?

Big Difference between 07 and 08 model……From my experiences the 07 Kombat felt more looser and manoeuvrable whilst the 08 plains earlier, more directional and quicker overall, the shoulders seem lower but still doesn’t loose any of its gybeing ability or the capacity to carry smaller sails,,,,,,, plus the 08 colour looks awesome!
