Which Isonic ???

I am keen to break the 30 knot barrier and am stuck on the 27/28 mark but I am still using old gear-a F2 Xantos with Ezzy Infinity 6.6,7.5 and 8.5 sails.I am a 85 kg sailer with 25 years behind me and would like a isonic to match the above sails and to break 30 kts.Also the best flatwater conditions I get are in rivers where the wind tends to be gusty and it can get very choppy as well.Any help very welcome.
