How do you apply for the starboard supported formula board?

Hi i sent an application for the supported formula board and it got sent back with "this address does not exist". Please could someone tell me the email address i need to send it to.

I applied last year and sven answered me very quickly that it was ok and that I just had to go to a starboard dealer . But the french importator (another brand)refused because he said he was the only one to decide who can be sponsored by a non-french brand. Then I sent a message to sven to tell me why but he never answered. I applied once again this year but of course he does not answered
