Big Bay, South Africa?

Going to Big Bay first week of January. Looking for any and all information about this place for a sailing trip: How strong/often the wind blows, what sail sizes for slalom/wave (I'm 78kg), sea condition, ie waves/chop, what kind of wetsuit/thickness etc. Accomodation: closest to Big Bay beach (prefer to walk to beach with gear) , value for $$ ect. Also, car rental for a couple of boards and all the gear, etc etc. All feedback appreciated, thanks!!
