F160 vs 162

Hallo Remi, just got a special offer on a 162 that i will exchange from my old 160.
Whats the biggest differences?..I only race for "fun"..Mostly lightwind conditions,
or ill switch down to 10,7 rs6 on the is144(best board ever)
Weight is 210 pounds.

Hi AJ,

At this weight the F162 will help you compare to F160 in light winds. It's depend of what you want, hi performances up wind and down wind or reaching how ever under 12 knots the iSonic 144 will have less performances on reach compare to Formula. The iSonic 150 will reduce the gap, but still a difference. And is not the perfect size for 144, better to use 10m² to use max performances of this board, but work well on the 150.

Thanx Remi, is the stock fin ok or do i need to upgrade?..still i only sail for "kicks",
no competions etc..

Hi Aj,

On this boards, I am pretty confidant on this fins (R19 70cm, R13 52cm & 56cm) try it first and only if you need really max performances go for the same in Deboichet.
