when is the new formula board (f163??) due?

Hi metpad.. I heard that the 2010 board was going to be with a similar roker to the 161.... also I heard that the 2009 board (grey 162), was different to the 2008, One friend has the 2009 and he says that is very different to the 2008 board...

I will presume that the 2010 Formula board will be out by September 2009 or at least we would have an idea of what would it be called and look.

Registration for 2010 boards in Sept 09.
Not class legal to race till Jan 2010.

As if you didnt already have enough of a choice with the 160, 161 and 162!

well, I am just curious about the specs of the 163...
i am 65kg and so the 160 is the ideal board. I have been looking for one for quite some time now and no success so far! if you have any tips on where to find one let me know!

To find a 160 is going to be very difficult. People are fond of that board and still use them.
I was lucky to be able to get a 162 this year, no one has one either.

Hello maetpad, your other option is to find a brand new FE160. Is the same board, performs almost as well as the F160. and for your weigth is ok. If you dont want to compete is fine. Also if you want to compete, you can have a FE kit ( with Severne overdrive or GTX sail ( as I think you like the gaastras). Then for just ride instead you can use other fin (like Debo R13 +6) and if you gone to compete downgrade to the Drake R13 or R19)

The Formulas are under devellopment and will be ready like each year for september on the market. Can be use in National event but for Internatonal not before 1st january.
