thanks for that.
I also got a MFC K-one fin, 23cm, to try instead of the stock fin. I'll see how that goes.
As for the straps, I have big feet, size 11.5 and I wear booties, so I need to make the straps fairly big.

Hi Dan,
which construction of the kode do you have? I got the wood carbon because I liked it so much when I tested it. I can't believe how light this board is.
