Default repairing a footstrap hole

can I order a single round insert for a footstrap hole from starboard? I have a 2000 Go and one of the inserts popped out. If I can order some inserts what glue would you recommend?
Regards,
pb

I don't know how it works with the GO construction, but I will ask some of the other guys to come in and answer this.

If you take a look at the boardlady's web site http://www.boardlady.com/extrainserts1.htm, You can see how she puts inserts into a board. She also lists sources for supplies to do repairs and alot of good repair info on the site. Also if you don't do alot of repairs, West Systems Epoxy http://www.westsystem.com/ss/105-system-kits has a nice small repair pack that would be enough to do an insert and I think it has the slow cure hardner in the kit but double check it might only come with the fast cure. Also follow all safety requirements for epoxy you don't want to breath the vapors or the sanding dust! You can get chinook single inserts from Fiberglass supply or maybe a local windsurf shop. Only use Slow cure epoxy to repair an insert because fast cure epoxy produce to much heat during the curing process and will melt the EPS core. Hope this helps. Hope this helps, Mike
