Hello Pros. I need an advise . In the area where I live usually big chop , very gusty 12-25knots ,I use is101 with ram8,4 -40 drake, advantages such a big sail in the lolls bigger then disadvantages in the gusts on slalom course.I am 1,90 sm 85 kg. What is the best fin for these combo,I am thinking between 38 sl2 and 42 sl4,and really doubt about sl4 series,sl2 seems to me more consistent .What do you think about it.Thanks in advance .

Hi Valentine,
I sailed the board a lot while over the last 4 seasons and would recomemnd, that you will not too big. Would guess that a 42 Deboichet could be too big. Better 40. Indeed the 8,4 is very big for the 101. I tested the board with 8,1 while some sessions and had a 42 Vector in. But Deboichets in 42 are more used in the 122. I am sure Remic can recommend you the best version. It´s much about the personal preference, but SL2 and SL4 work excellent on the 101. I use most of the time a 36 and sometimes a 38, but with sailsizes 7,0 and 6,2. Hope it helps a bit, Chris

Hi Valentine,
you could ask Kevin Pritchard or Remi Vila. Both are using Deboichets. I don´t use them. Chris
