Lockdown

Both my Rio 2007 and 2011 Go have small metal bar inside the mast track. I was assuming that it was meant for some kind of lock. What lock can I use and where can I get it? I have a board secure cable contraption which I though would work but it does not go deep enough. Any ideas or suggestions?

Yes, the small metal rod in the mast track is for a lock.
Where you get the lock, I really do not know.
I will ask at Starboard HQ if they have a source.

Per Tiesda, the Docks Locks that surfers and SUP'ers use (available at surf and SUP shops
would be the product the metal bar in the mast box are designed to be used with..
