I am in the process of changing my quiver from mix and match race sailes from 2002 to 2006 to Norths. So I am now the proud owned of 5.7 and 6.3 F2010 North RAMs and 8.0 and 9.0 F2010 North Warps. This leaves just one gap at 7.0, which happens to be my favourite size. I am struggling to find a 2010 WARP, 2011 WARPs are still over £400 - and I gather that there is not much between the F2010 and F2011. However, there are loads of F2010 RAMs about
I wanted RAMs for the smaller sizes as I felt that something a little softer would probably be better when conditions get rough - and I am really happy with them. In the real world would I notice the difference between a 7.0 WARP and a 7.0 RAM I have been competing very successfully on a NP RS5 7.2, would a RAM (5 years newer) have better performance? I weigh 95kg and will use the sail on a Fanatic Falcon 90 and 102 |

If your happy with the RS5, your probably best going for the full on Warp. Are you in the UK?

Yes I am in the UK. To be honest, if I can find a WARP I will buy it - just struggling to find a 2010 WARP. Plenty of RAMs available though.
If you have one, or know of one, please give me a call on 07841364472 |

hi matt,
agree with mark, go for warp! little bit heavier feeling, but much faster and the topend control is much better than ram's. 2010 and 2011 warp models are ok, careful with the 2009 and 2006 models, because some of the big sizes have shape problems. cheers, gyurmo |
