What are the advantages of Wood over Technora? Is it just weight?

in short: wood is lighter and stiffer. my experience owning wood and technora/dram boards: the smaller the boards gets, the less it bothers me.

I found the search menu after I posted this and did look up all the other topics. It is much more clear now. Kind of like the difference between carbon booms and aluminum. Not as much difference in smaller sizes but much more larger sizes.

hi i was this year in podersdorf and spoked with the starboard team about wood and technora . and they said that wood is more better against hits .
