Weight on '08 Kombat 89 wood (archive down)
I need to know the specific weight on the '08 Kombat 89 in wood construction. I tried to look it up my self but it seems that the 2008 archive like isn't functioning.

You can go to 2007 archive, and then substitute 2008 in the url. What's strange, there are details for other board ranges, but Kombat data is substituted with new Kode.
Apart from that you don't have to worry about Kombat 2008 weight. It's not the lightest fsw you can find, but it's nice and light compared to 2007. |

The 08 Kombats were quite a bit lighter than the 07 and earlier. I don't remember exactly but the Kombat 86 should have been around 6.1 kg.

My 2008 wood 89, weighs in at 6.9kg including fin and straps[dry].

Four straps sums up to around 650 grams and 25 Drake natural fin to just over 300g so 6.9 correspond to just below 6kg or just above 6kg (depending on if you have 3 or four straps on).
