Hi Kevin,
after a longer time I need your help again. I am about to buy an i-sonic 2009 as a medium to strong wind board...I am 93kg dry and i want to have speed of course, good chop handling and at least a chance that I can uphaul the sail when the wind drops... Would the 101 be fine or do i need 111 (is it not too big as a strong wind option to S-Type 137). Thank you for your answer! Ciao Michal. |

I use the 101 on a 7.6 down to 6.0. It is a pretty good alround medium to strong wind board.

Thanks Kevin,
I just ordered 2009 iSonics 101 and 122 liters. I guess it will be a nice double for me... Ciao Michal. |

Hi Kevin,
Just a quick question, I weigh 52 kg and i am 5´6 tall. Im looking forward to buy a 2009 isonic. Which size should I use. Ive talked to some people and If im planning to use a 6.7 code red in light winds they told that I should use the Isonic 94. Do you agree? Regards, Sebastian PER-7 |

I would go with the 86, it is pretty nice board and with your size you can use it for a smaller sail sizes too!!
