Its posible in flat water?
Actually I use with helicat 6.7 and feels good.

It depends a bit on your weight, but it should be possible to make it work. You may need some fin tuning. But the best prediction is probably the one you can do yourself when knowing how the board feels with the 6.7. If there is no traces of the board getting boged down and cumbersome when planing up with the 6.7, the 7.2 will probably feel good too.
