70 kg male looking to return to windsurfing and thinking about a Rio.
Don't know what volume board I need.
Can anyone help?

If your question was, "which Rio", then I agree with Screamer. If you are considering other boards, then more information is needed about the conditions where you will sail most often, what your skill level was and what types of boards you used to sail.
