What size sail for what strength wind?

Hi,

I'm thinking of buying a Starboard Evo XTV 80 and was wondering if someone could tell me roughly what size sails to choose for what strength winds. I am 79KG and have a 4.2, 5.0, 5.7, 6.0 and 6.5?

4.2 8 Bft
5.0 7 Bft
5.5 6 Bft
6.5 5 Bft

I weigh 62 kg
3.8 7 Bft
4.2 6 Bft
5.5 5 Bft
6.5 4,5 Bft

It depends of course on rider skills/board type & volume etc but this is just to give you a rough indication.
