Phantom recall

Hi,

I understand from the shop that supplied my 380 that the board is to be replaced, but only the body of the board.
My problem and a number of my windsurfing friend's problem is with getting the daggerboard up and down while racing. If the daggerboard and cassette are not being replaced it will not resolve our problem. We can retract it part way but not fully up. If we start with it up we can't get it down.
Solution please.
