Default Isonic 133

I just bought an Isonic 133 (2008) and took it for my first ride today
with a 46 curtis fin, 7.8 sailworks race sail, 20 mph wind and 240 pound rider.

Board was fast and smooth upwind and across the wind. Downwind, I think I need more practice because I was getting a bit scared. Is it ok to go scary fast downwind with this Isonic board ( I am intermediate level windsurfer who can go downwind in gorge conditions on a formula board with moderate fear)?
I tried using the opposite back foot strap on the Isonic as a chicken strap when going downwind. Is that advisable?

I normally sail Formula because of my weight but this Isonic has got me excited.

My questions are what fin sizes should I use with my 7.8, 9.1 and 9.9 Sailworks
race sails? I have a 40 curtis, 46 curtis, 50 tectronics and a 66 debochoit.

Also, should I switch to the Formula board with the 9.1 and 9.9?
