Easy uphaul is excellent. I use with with seat harness and waist. It really helps. You work with your legs instead of you back. It comes to europe in 3 days frome de states by post. Good.

Please found bellow the photos, it is not a "easy up haul" but very easy to use without back painfull, you use only your weight to up haul the sail.
