Hello,
Currently sailing a quad 81 2010; 81kg, sails 5-3,4-0 I like it a lot but i now looking for a board one size down and as in terms of outline differences there isnt a big difference between the 76 and 81 2010 models; the 76 is a good choice. Now for 2011 there are new shapes and new tail widths so; In terms of wind range; is the wind range of the 82 the same as the 81 ? is the wind range of the 77 the same as the 76 ? Thanks for the info! Griff |

Hi Griff,
would recommend you to choose the QUAD IQ 74 2011. It will be a nice combo with the 81. You can use sailsizes below 4,0, if the storm is up, but will not find it hard to get used to the smaller board due to the fact, that there is not so much difference on the width, but definitely on the volume! Would not choose the 76 or 77. These ones are better in combination with the 86 out of my personal view! Cheers and hope it helps! Chris
