Considering thatyou are sailing on a lake with 7-15knots i would get the 117wide carbon, it will be so much nicer in the lulls .
Im 88kg and use a 127 carbon with 9.3 and 7.6 vapors. its still really fast in 20knots of wind with a 7.6 and fully controllable. you can easily use the 117wide with the 6.9 up to and above 20knots. and then you can switch to smaller gear.
A 107 in 7knot lulls will not be fun, your gybes will suffer and you will have to pump a lot!

have similar kilos I havee test two boards [107 and 117 w] [sails 8,6 7,8 and 7 reflexII ] My opinion is 117w will be surprised
