Severne Overdrive
Seldom did anyone mention about the Overdrive. anyone here own this sail? How would it compare with other 3cams/7battens freerace sail like rs slalom, p7 ack, north ram?

Have a overdrive 2010 and rig it on the blue Line mast, I also have several RS:S and prefer the RS:S. I have better cam rotation on my NP sails.

Hi Jan F
Since 2010, they change the cams totally and rotation is much better and also sail is much ligther I. Your hands and on the scale than Np. This give you a very nice feeling on the water. Also thet have like the Reflex the very efficient Reflex system who increase your top end speed. World is changing  All the best

Hi Remi,
The catalogue on Severne web site only showed one photo of the new Overdrive. Is there any more photos where I could find? Is it also true that there will be no tube rod battens on the new Overdrive? Thanks. Steve |

Their is different photos on the 2011 Overdrive on Severne web site, please click on gallery. For the 2012 is to early to give you information but you can be sure that they make the sail work better All the best
