Today I had my first ride on my US147 this year.
When I arrived at my spot, I measured 12knots average with peaks to 17.
I rigged my 8.8 and was going super, while many others were struggling with similar sails on too small boards.
A bit later, when I thought the wind went up, I tried my IS122 with the 8.8. On and off the plane. I immediately switched back to the US147 and had a marvelous day.

It remembers me again why I have the machine.

Having just arrived at home from our trip to the grevelingen I like to add a few words to your experience with your us 147. Two days ago, 7.30 pm, when for hours windsurfing seemed to be finished for the day, the sky cleared up accompanied by some 10kn. This was the perfect opportunity for my first real test of my us147 np 9,2 h2 combo....and it worked, without pumping, just letting it go, easy, smooth, perfect. 41km/h in really marginal conditions and practically alone in planing in the late hour on the water.unforgettable.

Was it Grevelingen at the kabbelaarsbank / brouwersdam / windsurfcenter ?

Yes, right there at the surfcenter.Spending a few flatwater days each year in this marvellous area. Obviously, you know the area also quite well.
