S-Type Sail Range

Here's a question I've already post on Kevin's corner: maybe you can give me some tips also.

I know there's already written in the chart but sometimes it differs from the reality of the facts.
So do you know the aprox range of the 93, 104 and 115 s-types?
Maybe divided into: optimal and still-rideable without too much effort..

These questions for two reasons: I got a 93 and I'd like to know wich sails I can put on to, the other a friend of mine is looking for a new board but he's interested in range..
He saw hifly madd (twinsers..) range and was very impressed; but he's tryed the ST and he was impressed too!
