Default harness line initial instalment

hey, i am having a lot of trouble putting my harness lines on. I can't seem to get the front off of the boom... Is that how you do it?

Default RE: harness line initial instalment

Hi Thomas,
I guess you could take thefront end off your boom, but normally removing the back end is much easier and requires no tools.
Unscrewing the retaining screws on the front of your boom could cause things to loosen up, or become misaligned, so that's probaby not a good way to put on your harness lines.
The back end of your boom should simply slide out (after you release the locks) and then you can "open up" the loops that go over the boom on your harness lines and silde them over the lock collars on the rear of the boom arms.
Then spread the boom arms or the tail piece a bit and reinsert the tailpiece tubes into the boom arms, readjust to the correct length and you have your harness lines installed.
Hope this helps,
