This is a great "do it all" board. Set depends on loads of factores, weight, water state, sails, fins, downwind or figure of eight racing just to name a few.

For flatter water use the rear strap positions on front and rear straps; for choppy try the centre position on front and rear straps.
(assumes average height/stance - you can vary pitch accordingly).
Mast track around 50% track for 7.2m, maybe 70% for really choppy, fly-away style sailing and back to 40-30% if you're chasing downwind speed.
Typical Fins for S100/7.2m : 32 cm well powered, 34cm light to medium power.
Use slightly less fin on downwind racing, slightly more on racing with upwind legs (like Fig8 etc)

in flat water track right at the back for balls out speed downwind.
Its difficult then to go back upwind(front fot lifting out of strap) but it is fast broad.
fin sizes- it doenst like much smaller than a blade 30, get away with a 28, but any smaller doesnt seem to work too well.
A 32 is a good alround fin for downwind speed, it will take a 37, but ive never much seen the point. The 34 drake (SR6b) is a very good fin for this board.
seems to like the track forward in chop.
Its got a lot of rail volume so personally i dont much like the way it gybes, and it definetly has some weird peculiarities but it is for sure a fast and fun board and a classic- good for 39-40 knots if you are!
