Default WHICH MAST BASE FOR HYBRID FORMULA???

I received today my HYBRID FORMULA, but I got the wrong mast base since it works on my other board, but not on this one.

It seems that in order to connect the mast to the board, a special type of base is required.

Can anybody help me? What's the name of that base? Who is producing them? Do you have a part number in order to search it without another mistake?

Unfortunately the INTERNET SHOP from which I bought the board is not able to help me.

Thank you.

Roberto

Hi Roberto,
Have you contacted the Italian Distributor, or one of their dealers?
http://www.star-board.com/viewpage.p...&country=Italy
You most likely need the modified Mistral pin that comes in the Cobra manufactured boards with sliding mast tracks.
Check with the dealers at the link I've supplied, then the distributor, then if all else fails check with Starboard for sources for the pin and uni assembly.
In the meantime, check with any local Exocet dealers.
The pin is usually the same, and Exocet supplies the correct pin and universal assembly with their boards.
Hope this helps,

Hi Roger,

Thank you for your help. I even discovered that the italian distributor of Starboard is 10 minutes by car from where I work. I'll call immediately.

Ciao,
