Default Isonic 115 Volume

Would someone please confirm the actual volume of this board.

I have heard that it is only 105l, obviously the name would suggest that its 115l.

Thanks

Hi Thermo
105 litres, but feels like 115 litres.

Cheers

Thanks

My concern is having to uphaul it in a dying offshore wind.

thermo,

What weight are you?

I'm 85kg and have no problem uphauling mine with an 8.5 attached.

Here we go again,

Will someone from Starboard please tell us what the actual volume is for the Isonic 111 and 122.

I will likely buy one of these, but not before I know the REAL volumes.

I thought you did away with the "virtual volume" thing.

Hi Ken
Everything you need to know is at this link.

http://www.sailing.org/default.asp?PID=13830

To be honest ken, I would'nt pay to much attention to the volumes. I could'nt tell any difference in "float" when compairing my old Sonic 110 (110 ltr) to the iS115 (105 ltr). I'm sure it will be the same with the iS111, maybe even more "float" due to its wider tail (49cm Vs 46.5cm).

Cheers
