Rio M and new fin.....

Hi i got a Rio M and a severne ncx 8kvm sail..... I got the orig. fin...

Will the preformence be enhanced with a new fin bigger fin?

Hi Enzo22,
Yes, a larger fin (probably 52-60 cms span) will help alot vs the stock 43 cm wide blade (cleaver) fin.
Your Rio will plane earlier, go upwind "on the fin" better, and be faster overall.
With the larger fin, you won't need the centerboard at all (as long as you are planing).
