my next board?futura?

i'm an early intermediate comfortable at blasting in the straps/harness on my 2005 Go with a 7.5 retro,
My local conditions are on a big shallow lake with wind from 10-20 knots
I am 6ft and 85 kg ( 180lbs I think). I can waterstart occasionally, and my gybes are fairly sluggish certainly not planing ones.
I feel I need a smaller lighter board and also looking for 2 sails for the above conditions to replace my battered retro
Any ideas
