I never experienced a website with so many continual problems and forum complaints. I really think it is time to sack your IT Web Guy(s).

Or at least give your customers a decent explanation!

For someone who uses that moniker, you don't know what you're talking about. I've seen very, very few complaints here for the amount of traffic.

This is about the best W/S site on the net. Show us a W/S forum and site with as much readership, traffic, stability, contents, up-time and participation. It's got useful sections, supports 3 languages, and so on.

And no, I'm not a SB person, in fact I don't even own one or like them !
