Exclamation How to repair a screw anchor on iSonic...

Hi All,

moving straps from front to rear and vice versa, I have broken a plastic screw anchor in my iSonic 133; now screw turns freely without gripping the strap.

How to repair or replace a screw anchor on a Starbord iSonic ?

Have I to drill the hole ? Have I to inject some expansion foam inside ?

Is it a self made operation or it needs a professional approach ?

Somewhere in internet, I've read about a fantastic woman making board repairing and I remember she wrote a clear tutorial about; does someone remember his web address ?

Many thanks.
